Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced AidQuest Chat Caregiver Lead Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and managing chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Maintaining visibility of the job posting to "Internal" only, preventing external job boards from accessing the opportunity
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to caregivers and clients
  • Analyzing and reporting on job lead metrics to inform business decisions and optimize recruitment strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and caregiver management

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, caregiver management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with caregivers, clients, and internal teams
  • Proficiency in using chat platforms and recruitment software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in the healthcare or social services industry
  • Familiarity with AidQuest and its recruitment processes
  • Certification in recruitment, caregiver management, or a related field
