Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Stadium Operations, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers in a fast-paced stadium environment

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
