Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a fair, friendly, and courteous manner

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and policies
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive business growth
  • Participating in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other store operations as needed

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
