Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA A+)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
