Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also have the opportunity to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
