Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
