We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cell-to-Pack Assembly Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the manufacturing processes for our cutting-edge cell-to-pack assembly line. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about process improvement, has a strong technical background, and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Develop and optimize the manufacturing processes for the cell-to-pack assembly line. Analyze and identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective production. Conduct research and stay updated on industry advancements to continuously improve processes. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality production. Train and mentor production team members on new processes and procedures. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise in the production process. Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment for the production processes. Collaborate with engineering teams to incorporate new technology and innovations into the production processes. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures. Stay current on industry trends and advancements to ensure Ford remains at the forefront of electric vehicle production. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all processes and procedures.
