Job Description

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at Skillifyx, you'll play a critical role in responding to customer telephone inquiries within a fast-paced call center environment. Our team-oriented culture is the perfect place to take your customer service career to the next level, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound calls from a variety of stakeholders, including members, member representatives, agent brokers, providers, health plan employees, ship employees, and clients

  • Research caller inquiries using internal knowledge databases, client websites, routing, and escalation processes to resolve concerns
  • Educate callers on necessary information and alternatives to promote one-call resolution
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Utilize data entry and typing skills to accurately document customer interactions and update records as needed

Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • Bilingual in Spanish (additional languages a plus)
  • Previous customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
  • Medical terminology knowledge (a plus)
  • Data entry and/or typing experience (10-20 wpm)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a call center environment

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems
  • Experience with data entry software and typing at 20-30 wpm
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (a plus)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
