Job Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for soliciting, developing, and maintaining syndication partners.
- Positively influence the reputation of BFI.
- Develop new business relationships. BFI is a wholly-owned Bank subsidiary; preferred relationships are with other regulated institutions.
- Effectively market loan participations and whole loan sales.
- Take broad ownership of the syndication effort. Monitor processes throughout the transaction cycle. Help to optimize loan origination parameters, servicing, and reporting.
- Manage and report on risks related to transactions. Monitor general market trends.
- Proven track record of loan syndication.
- Have existing syndication relationships and know best practices, loan structures, legal agreements, LSTA market standards, and general accounting rules.
- Work independently but know when to ask for help
