Responsibilities: * Drive the distribution of LPL Business Solutions in your assigned sales territory * Create and maintain a positive culture that values high performance, collaboration, transparency, and talent development * Provide sales support, strategy, and tactics to increase adoption and growth of Business Solutions to internal stakeholders * Provide field-facing engagement through territory in-field engagements and LPL Conferences * Examine trends, develop insights, and create solutions to better support advisors and stakeholders * Achieve budget goals to ensure departmental and organizational objectives are met * Strong executive presence with the ability to interact with and influence LPL Advisors * Manage retention of clients by proactively partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve high-profile and complex situations Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree * 4+ years inside sales and a familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management * 2+ years working with or managing Salesforce Benefits: * Competitive pay range: $122,000.00-$203,300.00/year * Base salary and potential sales incentive compensation based upon the applicable incentive compensation plan for this position * LPL Total Rewards package includes 401K matching, health benefits, employee stock options, paid time off, volunteer time off, and more * Opportunities for career growth and development * Unified mission and values-driven organization * Commitment to equality and community focus
