Field Marketing Manager

Who we are FlexPoint is a rapidly growing venture backed Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of payments and financial solutions for the Managed IT Services (MSP) industry. FlexPoint has raised $19.5M in venture funding from top tier venture investors to date and is a fast growing startup with employees distributed across the United States. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing sponsored events, owned events, and webinars. This position is remote but will require travel across the United States at least once a month Position Summary: The Field Marketing Manager will own all aspects of FlexPoint's event planning and execution. This role involves hands-on management of logistics, vendor coordination, booth setup, and promotional activities for events across North America. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. With a focus on both behind-the-scenes and customer-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning and Logistics: Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of events, including booking venues, managing budgets, coordinating travel, organizing booth materials, and arranging shipping. Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with event vendors, venue staff, and partner organizations to ensure all event logistics run smoothly. On-Site Event Execution: Attend events as FlexPoint's on-site representative, overseeing booth setup, managing promotional materials, and engaging with attendees to ensure a successful brand experience. Lead Generation and Engagement: Drive lead capture efforts at events, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to maximize engagement with prospective clients. Public Speaking and Panels: Over time, develop expertise in FlexPoint’s offerings and the industry landscape to participate in speaking opportunities, including panels and presentations, effectively representing FlexPoint’s brand voice. Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in field marketing, or similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Startup experience at a Series A or similar stage company preferred.
• Proven track record of managing events from conception to completion, with the ability to coordinate multiple events at once.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage budgets.

Willingness to travel frequently for events.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for networking and engaging with industry professionals.
• A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience or comfort with public speaking is a plus, with a willingness to grow in this area.
