Project Manager (Mobile Native Migration)

Job Description: Advantage Tech is looking for a Project Manager to Coordinate the migration of a mobile-first, customer-centric financial wellness app-from a cross-platform Ionic codebase to fully native iOS and Android applications. • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to ensure project milestones are met and dependencies are managed.
• Facilitate communication, collaboration, and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers, working with teams to resolve them.
• Support quality assurance, change control, and documentation efforts.
• Prepare and manage stakeholder communications, including demos and status reports.
• Ensure smooth transition of project deliverables to operational teams post-launch.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in mobile app development or migration projects. - Experience coordinating distributed, cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies. - Experience with native iOS/Android development projects is highly desirable. - Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; able to engage effectively with all levels of the organization. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency with project planning tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.). - Collaborative, customer-first mindset. - Ability to work independently and drive alignment in a matrixed environment.
