Our proven methodologies have consistently delivered results, helping clients elevate their sales performance and customer engagement.ROLE OVERVIEW:We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist/Manager to manage our marketing automation platform (Marketo) and execute global campaigns across our unique portfolio of products and services.You will manage the production and roll-out of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are deployed according to plan and on time. You will also help maintain the overall marketing tech stack and identify optimization opportunities.A successful candidate will be system-oriented, data-driven, and have a hands-on, collaborative, can-do attitude.If you love collaborating with world class companies to build skill development programs, leading and coaching global teams to bring out their best, and the science and craft of selling, let's talk!Corporate Visions is a fully remote work environment, and this position can be based anywhere within our open and desired sales territories in the United States.RESPONSIBILITIES:Managing the day-to-day alignment and coordination of campaign development between marketing team members to support execution of global campaigns.Building and executing marketing campaigns using Marketo; production tasks will include but are not limited to emails, landing pages, forms, segments, and campaign logic.Working independently as well as with the campaign owners in the team to ensure project plans get executed in a timely manner, including deadline and SLA compliance, specs, assets, status updates, approvals, and final delivery.Optimizing and standardizing program implementation processes across the organization, contributing to the development of standard campaign build processes and best practices; collecting and sharing feedback on improvements to the campaign production process.Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, etc.Taking charge of system administration, ensuring global compliance and optimal operating processes.Helping with the operation and optimization of the wider campaign tech stack to support activities and improve performance.QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIREDBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field3+ years of related marketing automation experience (Marketo) within a B2B spaceDemonstrated experience in building campaigns, using marketing automation tools, and executing projects of varying complexityExperience with global compliance laws and system optimization processes (data cleanup, lead scoring, segmentation, preference/subscription center etc.)Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving planTeam player that is able to work both collaboratively and autonomouslyStrong understanding of marketing KPIs and ability to distill recommendations from trendsMust be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlinesExperience working with project management toolsGood knowledge of digital marketing, UTM tracking, and goal conversion tracking, and email and landing page best practicesQUALIFICATIONS: PREFERREDBasic knowledge of HTML and CSSMarketo Certification6sense experienceWHO WE ARE:We transform the way great companies tell their stories now and in the future.With Corporate Visions, you'll have the freedom to leverage your unique talents, and you'll be encouraged to use those talents to help shape our vision.
