Job Description: San Mateo County Health's Health IT Division is currently seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven Health Data Services Strategy Manager to lead enterprise analytics, digital health initiatives, and data-driven transformation efforts across the organization. San Mateo County Health (SMCH) is advancing a systemwide digital strategy to support integrated care delivery across San Mateo Medical Center, Behavioral Health, Family Health Services, Public Health Policy & Planning, Aging & Disability Services, and specialty programs. This role will oversee the development and execution of data analytics strategies that enable clinical excellence, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and health equity. This position will manage the strategy for a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, reporting specialists, and digital health professionals responsible for enterprise reporting, advanced analytics, dashboards, performance metrics, and digital innovation initiatives.
