[Remote] AI Platform Analyst

The AI Platform Analyst supports and optimizes AI platforms, ensuring best practices are met while training employees to effectively use AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support and administer enterprise AI and SaaS platforms
- Ensure platform governance, security, and data privacy principles are upheld
- Create and deliver training and enablement content for end users
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize platform use
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Track platform adoption and use data to guide decisions
- Support enterprise integrations, APIs, and workflow automation
- Contribute to AI governance and responsible AI practices
- Assist in change management and organizational adoption efforts
Skills
- 1 to 3+ years in technology analyst, platform operations, IT, developer, or related roles
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platform support and administration
- Strong knowledge of data privacy, security, and governance
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience developing training or enablement materials
- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean, or Google Gemini
- Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, or workflow automation
- Understanding of AI governance frameworks and responsible AI principles
- Experience in change management or adoption programs
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
