[Remote] Junior Business Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Keller Postman LLC represents a broad array of clients in litigation and arbitration. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support day-to-day operations, document business processes, and assist in analyzing and improving system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT and Client Services teams to gather and document system enhancement requests
- Assist in writing clear and concise business requirements and documenting them
- Help analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business needs into action with support from our Strategic Operations Business Analyst
- Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assist in generating and analyzing reports using Excel, Salesforce, and Sigma to support team goals
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system features and enhancements
- Process administrative work including running skip traces and sending SMS blasts
- Help develop and update training materials and assist with user training when needed
- Provide general project support, including maintaining project timelines and tracking progress, and perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned
Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of documenting processes and using flowcharting tools (e.g., Lucidchart or similar)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
- 1 year or more of experience in a business analysis, operations, or project coordination role is preferred
- Exposure to Salesforce, Sigma, or similar reporting tools is a plus
- Exposure to tools such as Salesforce, Azure DevOps, or Lucidchart is a plus
