Mechanical Engineer

The K Company, Inc. is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their high-performing Solutions Group. This role offers early-career engineers hands-on experience across HVAC design-build projects, energy management, and drafting, while providing opportunities for mentorship and career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform heating & cooling load calculations and develop HVAC system designs
  • Support energy audits and financial analysis for energy conservation measures
  • Create and modify AutoCAD construction drawings
  • Assist the sales team with technical proposals and client site visits
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Skills

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field (ABET-accredited)
  • 0–4 years of HVAC/mechanical engineering experience (recent grads with internships encouraged)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Valid driver's license with willingness to travel to project sites
