Investor Onboarding Associate
Fund Services Group (FSG) is dedicated to operational excellence for private fund managers. They are seeking an Investor Onboarding Associate to deliver exceptional service, manage subscription agreements, and support client investors while embodying FSG's principles.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and coordinating subscription agreements for investments into clients’ funds
- Managing ongoing workflows for subscription agreements in automated investment platforms
- Opening and maintaining brokerage accounts for client’s funds
- Managing e-mail and telephone conversations with our clients’ investors in a timely manner
- Conducting quality control processes around investor onboarding documentation, systems and processes
Skills
