Champion Windows is a company seeking motivated team players with strong data entry and customer service skills for their Cincinnati corporate office. The Data Entry Coordinator position is part of the Appointment Support Center team, responsible for facilitating sales order generation and providing excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry into the CRM
  • Process customer information and updates
  • Communicate with customers, sales reps, and managers for prompt and accurate data entry and appointment scheduling
  • Factory representative and customer support calls
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Receive and audit customer contracts for accuracy and completion
  • Verify that results provided by sales representatives are accurate
  • Communicate holds and questions to sales reps, then follow up as necessary
  • Accountable for identifying and resolving data record duplicates and errors
  • Provide live support for sales representatives and customers, including phone calls, emails, texts, and Teams messages
  • Monitor and manage factory representative resources and sales schedule board, including updating resource product and appointment availability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Works well in a virtual team environment
