Your mission in the team As a Sales Development Representative & CRM Specialist, you will be the first commercial touchpoint for new initiatives within the Innovation & Growth Lab. Your mission is to open conversations with the right decision-makers, convert them into qualified sales meetings, and ensure every interaction is properly tracked and managed across the pipeline. Working closely with the IGL and sales teams, you will execute structured outbound and inbound outreach strategies, manage and optimize CRM workflows, and maintain a clean, actionable pipeline. You will own the top-of-funnel building a consistent and scalable lead generation engine. What you'll do

  • Build and maintain segmented prospect databases by ICP, vertical, and geography.
  • Execute structured outbound sequences across LinkedIn and email, combining volume with personalization to maximize reply and booking rates.
  • Qualify inbound leads and respond promptly to convert interest into booked meetings.
  • Write, test, and iterate on outreach messaging: subject lines, hooks, follow-ups, and call-to-action variants.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize CRM workflows, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking from first touch to handover.
  • Maintain database integrity: contact records, activity logs, deal stages, and reporting dashboards.
  • Coordinate smooth handover to sales with full context on each qualified opportunity.
  • Track outreach and pipeline performance, generating regular reports on key metrics and conversion rates.
  • Support the definition of sales playbooks, outbound frameworks, and lead qualification criteria.

️ What we’re looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in SDR, or outbound sales roles in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of booking qualified meetings through cold outreach, not only warm leads.
  • Hands-on experience managing CRM platforms and building workflows, pipelines, and reporting views.
  • Comfortable with high-volume, multi-touch outreach sequences without losing personalization.
  • Familiar with outreach and sales tools such as Sales Navigator, Waalaxy, Pipedrive, or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing pipeline data.
  • Resilient, autonomous, and driven by pipeline metrics and meeting targets.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Comfortable organizing and participating in client and commercial meetings.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in fast-paced, lean environments.
  • Based near Barcelona or available for occasional in-person collaboration.
  • Naturally proactive, autonomous, and commercially minded in your approach.
