Responsibilities

  • Loss ratio analysis
  • Rating/class plan evaluation
  • Experience analysis
  • Allocation of IBNR
  • Smaller due diligence opportunities
  • Segmentation analysis
  • Frequency/severity analysis
  • Investigate data anomalies

Skills

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science or a related field
  • 0+ years of related experience and 1 actuarial exam completed
  • Ability to use analytical methods in actuarial processes to assist in finding workable solutions within the Risk Services department
  • Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to internal contacts on Risk Services matters
  • Actuarial internship preferred
