Document Coordinator – Mortgage Industry

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Coordinator to join our team in the mortgage industry. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and accurate preparation of initial closing disclosures, supporting our commitment to transparency and compliance throughout the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and assemble initial closing disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards

- Review and verify all documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission

- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information

- Maintain organized records of all disclosures and related documents

- Ensure timely delivery of disclosures to clients and internal teams

- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards related to mortgage disclosures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in mortgage documentation or related administrative roles preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

- Knowledge of mortgage processes and regulatory requirements is a plus

- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite
