Job Summary:

The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading and managing the overall marketing strategy, initiatives, and team to achieve the company's business objectives. They will create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that includes product marketing, digital marketing, brand development, and public relations. The Director of Marketing will work closely with other teams such as sales, product development, and customer success to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Build and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute the marketing plan
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and use that information to shape marketing initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention
  • Oversee the development and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across various channels
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that supports the marketing plan and engages customers
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to measure success and make data-driven decisions
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competition to inform marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of marketing professionals
  • Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and marketing analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in B2B marketing is a plus
  • Proficient in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Working Conditions: Remote with highspeed internet
