About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and innovative UI/UX Designer to help redefine digital experiences in the fintech space. This is a remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with a global team. The ideal candidate will combine creativity and strategic thinking to design intuitive, impactful interfaces that make financial tools simpler, smarter, and more human. Youll work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to deliver user-centric solutions that enhance engagement, trust, and growth across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with product managers and developers to translate complex financial concepts into simple, elegant, and usable designs.
  • Conduct user research, persona creation, and usability testing to guide product decisions and validate design hypotheses.
  • Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across fintech products.
  • Incorporate data-driven insights, user feedback, and business objectives into design iterations.
  • Stay at the forefront of fintech design trends, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
  • Collaborate with branding and marketing teams to ensure cohesive digital experiences that reflect the company's identity and values.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably within fintech, banking, or digital payments.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking from research to high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools.
  • Working knowledge of UX research methodologies, information architecture, and responsive design principles.
  • Strong understanding of fintech user behavior, micro-interactions, and data visualization for financial products.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly across remote and cross-functional teams.
