Content Development Manager (Flexible)

Deliver high-quality, insight-led content across TUI's global ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you'll turn strategic frameworks into scalable, consistent, and high-performing content solutions across web, app, CRM, and multichannel campaigns. 

This role sits within Creative Operations of our Brand, Creative and Marketing Division and reports into the Head of Creative Operations. This vacancy can be located at any of our headquarters within the market locations. 

The role will be published until 3rd April.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll translate strategic direction into detailed content development plans and briefs, producing, refining, and maintaining content across digital channels while ensuring brand, UX, SEO, and quality standards.
  • Supporting the development of content strategies across channels will be central to your role as you work with Brand, UX, CX, SEO teams to improve the presentation and discoverability.
  • We'll rely on you to partner with Product and Commercial teams on new launches, inputting into CMS and app feature developments while supporting multi channel content needs.
  • Maintaining documentation including playbooks and guidelines will be essential as you drive operational excellence and support new workflow and tooling rollouts.
  • Using analytics and testing to refine content will be ongoing as you support A/B test design and measurement while staying current with best practices. 

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring solid experience in d-content development, operations, digital or SEO, with a strong understanding of UX, accessibility, and customer behaviour.
  • You have the ability to work with CMS, structured content, and multi-market workflows to deliver consistent content experiences.
  • You have developed strong organizational and prioritization skills, managing multiple content initiatives simultaneously.
  • You have experience working in agile environments using scrum or kanban methodologies.
  • You collaborate effectively across teams, communicating clearly with stakeholders from different functions and technical backgrounds.
  • You stay current with digital content best practices and continuously seek opportunities to improve content performance.
