About you: You enjoy building strong relationships and helping customers get the most value from the products they use. You’re curious, proactive and confident speaking with people at all levels. You like understanding what customers need, solving problems early and keeping things simple. You’re organised, calm under pressure and comfortable managing several conversations at once. You care about doing what’s right for customers and you’re keen to grow your skills in a supportive team.Day to day, you will: • Build trusted relationships with your customers and understand what they need from us. • Work closely with teams across Access to solve problems and make sure customers get a smooth experience. • Spot opportunities where customers may benefit from other products or services, and guide them through their options. • Keep clear notes and updates in our systems so everyone has a complete picture.Your skills and experiences might also include: • Experience working with customers in an account management or customer‑facing role. • Confidence using simple tools or systems to track activity and customer needs. • A natural ability to communicate clearly and manage expectations. • An interest in learning more about our products so you can support customers with confidence.
