Job Description

Signavio Process Modelling for Core Processes

  • Use Signavio (a SAP-owned BPM tool) to document, analyze, and optimize core business processes.

  • Ensure alignment with industry best practices (e.g., BPMN 2.0 standards).

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture as-is and design to-be processes.

Drive Process & Data Workshops for Data Lake Connectivity

  • Facilitate workshops to map process flows and identify data integration points.

  • Ensure seamless connectivity between business processes and the data lake (e.g., SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, Azure Data Lake, etc.).

  • Define data governance and metadata management strategies.

Improve Models & Enable Process Owners/Key Users

  • Continuously refine process models based on feedback and performance metrics.

  • Train process owners and key users on Signavio usage, process governance, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop enablement materials (e.g., training guides, process documentation).

Collaboration with CPIT Teams Globally

  • Work with Corporate Process & IT (CPIT) teams across regions to ensure consistency.

  • Align process models with global IT standards and enterprise architecture.

  • Support digital transformation initiatives by integrating process improvements with IT solutions.

Expected Outcomes

  • Standardized & Optimized Processes – Clear, well-documented workflows in Signavio.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Improved data lake integration for analytics and reporting.

  • User Adoption & Governance – Process owners and key users are empowered to manage and improve processes.

  • Global Alignment – Consistent process frameworks across different business units.

Tools & Skills Required

  • Signavio Process Manager

  • Data Lake & Integration Knowledge (e.g., SAP BW, Azure Data Lake, Snowflake).

  • Workshop Facilitation & Stakeholder Management.

  • BPMN 2.0 & Process Modelling Best Practices.

  • Change Management & Training Skills.
