About This Opportunity: 

Popmenu is looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator who will provide user support and problem resolution for 200+ users. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a passion for Salesforce users’ adoption of and experience with the platform.

You will have the chance to play a vital role within the RevOps team that will be felt across the organization.

What's On Your Plate:

• Owning the Data: Our Junior Salesforce Administrator understands the value of data driven decision making, and that this starts with Salesforce data accuracy. Our junior salesforce administrator will manage user provisioning, deactivation, and data reassignments, as well as creating documentation around internal business processes, developing “clean room” reports and dashboards, and executing data clean up through list importation.

• Driving Change: Our Junior Salesforce Administrator embodies high confidence, low ego consistently providing support to our Salesforce team in various change tasks, including Page Layouts, Field Creations, Performing User Acceptance Testing, Research, Data Corrections, Permission Changes, and providing feedback

• Being An Ambassador: Our Junior Salesforce Administrator is passionate about learning Salesforce and helping others along the way. You’ll assist with user questions, share best practices, and contribute to a positive Salesforce experience across the team. Bottom Line - In this role you consistently Raise the Bar in the way our organization leverages Salesforce.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

• Technical Acumen - You can bring 1-3 full years of Salesforce Lightning experience and extensive Excel knowledge to the table. Salesforce Admin Certified preferred.

• Self-Starter - Balancing attention to detail with time management is one of your strengths. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where objective might sometimes shift or need to be uncovered.

• Problem Solver - Not only do you strive to find solutions to daily challenges, but you thrive in this environment. You are able and eager to learn new tools on the fly.

• Growth Mindset - You have an interest in learning and using (or some experience in!) Salesloft, Pardot (Account Engagement), LeanData, and PandaDoc.
