Location: Remote Level: Mid Type: Full-time

At Nuvolar, we’re driven by purpose, integrity, and the pursuit of excellence. With 100+ team members and over 14 years of experience, we foster a collaborative culture that encourages professional growth and personal well-being.

We’re looking for a Technical Product Owner to join a strategic data transformation program for a global healthcare client, focused on unifying complex data ecosystems and enabling better clinical and operational insights. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that each release delivers real value by helping transform fragmented medical and diagnostic data into a cohesive, scalable data platform. This role goes beyond backlog management; it’s about aligning technology, data, and business goals to support innovation in healthcare and patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap, aligning it with business strategy and customer needs.
  • Translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure continuous value delivery.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, QA, and Governance teams across the full product lifecycle.
  • Drive data-driven product decisions using analytics and stakeholder insights.
  • Ensure alignment with data governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Apply Agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban) using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in clear business language.
  • Stay current with AI, data, and healthcare technology trends.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner.
  • Strong experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Experience working with data products or platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Data Lake).
  • Experience with data modeling, APIs, and data integration.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • SQL experience and STLC exposure are a plus.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Experience with AI/ML concepts or data science tools is advantageous.
  • Positive, proactive attitude in fast-paced environments.

Why You’ll Love Working at Nuvolar

  • Continuous Learning – Access to training programs, mentorship, career development opportunities, and an annual professional development budget.
