Job Description

As an Online Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone inquiries. You'll be the face of arenaflex online, providing prompt, professional, and well-spoken responses to customers' queries. Your primary goal will be to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle, while also delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, taking into account their needs and preferences
  • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers, working with them to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
  • Collaborate with Sales and Management staff to ensure customer satisfaction during the dealership experience

Skills and Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with flexible hours ranging from 8:30am to 7pm
  • Ability to adhere to attendance guidelines, with regular attendance being an essential job function
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license
