Location: Field Based, Southern

Salary: £30-38,000 OTE £40-44,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and implement customized VoIP solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP hardware and software (IP phones, routers, switches, servers).
  • Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for VoIP systems, promptly addressing any issues.
  • Monitor VoIP network performance, optimising call quality and system reliability as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards, including the implementation of encryption and access controls.
  • Document VoIP configurations, network diagrams, and installation processes.
  • Train clients and end-users on VoIP system features and functionality.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience with VoIP system installation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong understanding of VoIP protocols, codecs, and SIP.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers and switches.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Certifications such as CCNA or VoIP-specific credentials are advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
