Full Stack Software Developer

Job Summary We are building a new department at CPM and we are looking for a forward-thinking Full Stack Software Developer to play a key role in implementing new features and in the continued development, refinement and scaling of our SaaS products that enhance the performance, efficiency and serviceability of our industrial equipment. You’ll work closely with the Digital Products Team and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented software. Your focus will be both on front-end and back-end development, with occasional customer-facing support during the early-stage rollout phase. This department is pivotal in the digital transformation across our product lines, integrating IoT, predictive analytics and AI/ML and remote monitoring capabilities to deliver smarter, connected equipment solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new features, integrations or services based on product roadmap and customer feedback
  • Continue development of our SaaS application
  • Focus on delivering performant, usable and maintainable code
  • Write and maintain unit tests and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with other developers and teams
  • Support customer technical issues 
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer
  • Strong experience with React
  • Strong experience in back-end development with Java (Spring), SQL, Docker
  • Experience with REST APIs, unit testing frameworks
  • Strong communication and documentation habits
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with industrial software, IoT, or edge-device integration
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code
  • Familiarity with AWS
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or similar would be considered a plus
