Your role

 

Bring your technical skills and customer-focused mindset to a role where you’ll truly make an impact! We’re looking for a Controls Technician to support sales, manage projects, program and commission our ALC Building Management Systems, and create clear technical documentation. You’ll work closely with customers, prepare competitive quotes, provide expert service visits, and offer valuable feedback that helps shape new products and market strategy.

Your key responsibilities will be the following:

  • Provide sales, project management, programming and commissioning of our own BMS system.
  • Project meetings with customers
  • Quote internally/externally Controls projects.
  • Create technical documentation for projects.
  • Programming and commissioning entire plant controls.
  • Yearly service visits at customer sites.
  • Provide counsel/support to existing customers.
  • Provide voice of customer for new product development.
  • Participate in industry meetings and exhibitions.
  • Travel as required within the country (approx.. 5-10%) including one time a year internationally.

 Who we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience in the Building Management Systems Market, with a manufacturer or System integrator.
  • Dedicated problem solver.
  • Excellent analytical and computer technical skills.
  • Capable of working independently and comfortable making decisions.
  • Ability to run multiple tasks at once and deliver consistently.

As part of our Controls team, you should have the following

  • Fluency in English and Swedish
  • A valid driver’s license
