Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your daily activities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and their members
• Setting appointments and conducting presentations to promote our benefits
• Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and tasks
• Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement
• Interacting effectively with all levels of management and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and their members
• Strong customer relations and communication skills to build trust and rapport

• Good customer relations skills to maintain a high level of satisfaction among clients and their members
• Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred, but not required

• Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
