Strategy & Commercial Planning
  • Develop, own, and execute the regional commercial strategy, including go-to-market plans, revenue growth initiatives, pricing and packaging considerations, and market expansion priorities
  • Drive commercial performance across the full revenue lifecycle, spanning new business, expansion, retention, and partner value optimization
  • Oversee and optimize end-to-end commercial processes, including sales planning, pipeline management, territory design, forecasting, discount governance, payment processing, and partner onboarding, ensuring scalability and operational excellence
  • Ensure adherence to commercial governance frameworks and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and partner experience
  • Collate partner and market feedback to inform commercial strategy, product prioritization, and quantified business cases for new feature and capability development
  • Partner closely with global commercial and sales leaders to ensure regional alignment, consistency, and best-practice sharing across markets
  • Performance & Revenue Management
  • Set, communicate, and own commercial performance expectations, ensuring delivery against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, growth, and market share targets
  • Lead and optimize funnel and pipeline performance across acquisition and expansion, ensuring KPIs and conversion metrics drive sustainable and predictable growth
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance insights through effective use of HubSpot and other commercial systems
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, driving continuous improvement in commercial outcomes
  • Leadership & People Development
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing commercial talent, building a team capable of delivering strong revenue results and exceptional partner experiences
  • Coach, motivate, and empower commercial leaders and individual contributors with the skills needed to succeed across sales, negotiation, and partner management
  • Design and implement structured training programs and personalized development plans aligned to both individual and business growth objectives
  • Ensure commercial teams are equipped with the right tools, enablement resources, playbooks, and training to execute effectively
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture through clear leadership, engagement initiatives, and team-building activities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success to align commercial objectives and execution across the business
  • Act as a senior commercial voice within the organization, influencing decision-making and aligning stakeholders around revenue and growth priorities
  • Ensure a consistently positive partner experience through strong communication, effective issue resolution, and sound commercial judgement
  • Skills, experience & qualifications required
  • Proven B2B commercial leadership experience in SaaS, digital sales, online marketplace, or payments environments.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth across SMB segments, including new business and expansion
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Track record of leading teams to consistently deliver against revenue targets and KPIs
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and confident working with commercial metrics and forecasting
  • Customer- and partner-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence at senior levels
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • High energy, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
