If so, we invite you to join arenaflex's Community Support Platform (CSP) team as a Staff Software Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technical vision and driving the development of AI-driven customer service products.

The Community You Will Join

arenaflex's CSP is a critical system that empowers our global network of Community Support ambassadors, utilizing cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional customer service with high efficiency. Our Chatbot Product team is focused on providing a seamless user experience by combining AI capabilities with the expertise of our support ambassadors. As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll work alongside talented and diverse software engineers to create innovative user experiences for AI-driven customer service products, including tools, actions, and solutions to power AI Assistant.

As a Staff Software Engineer on our CSP team, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to the development of AI-driven customer service products, shaping the technical vision and delivering flexible, efficient, and scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering counterparts, to execute on product and business strategy
  • Drive the full development cycle, from technical design to launch, ensuring high-quality products and features
  • Nurture a culture of technical quality from design to production operations
  • Review code and design docs, provide feedback on product specs and mocks, and lead code reviews and architecture discussions

A Typical Day

As a Staff Software Engineer on our CSP team, you can expect to:

  • Work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams to build high-quality products and features
  • Drive the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch
  • Review code and design docs, provide feedback on product specs and mocks, and lead code reviews and architecture discussions
  • Nurture a culture of technical quality from design to production operations

Your Expertise

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 9+ years of relevant software development experience in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Strong expertise with backend systems in service-oriented architectures
  • Experience with LLM-driven chatbot and Agentic AI products (a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and with teams across the engineering, product, and design organizations
  • Passion for efficiency, availability, technical quality, and system quality
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's/PhD degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Your Location

This position is US-Remote Eligible, with occasional work at an arenaflex office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. You must live in a state where arenaflex has a registered entity. Please check the list of excluded states, which is continuously evolving.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
