Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Texas. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through warm lead calls, setting appointments, and meeting with clients over the phone. Our warm lead system puts you in front of qualified buyers, giving you the opportunity to succeed and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions
• Make warm lead calls, set appointments, and meet with clients over the phone to discuss their insurance needs and provide quotes
• Utilize our advanced training platform and duplicatable sales system to drive sales growth and achieve success
• Collaborate with our team of mentors and trainers to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, with opportunities for advancement and career growth

Essential Qualifications

* Must reside in the USA

• Proven success in sales is preferred, but we'll train the right candidate
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, disciplined, and driven to succeed
• Willing to embrace our Core Values each day with a high level of coachability
• Humble and willing to learn a duplicatable and proven system
• Licensed Life and Health Agents (we'll assist in obtaining)
• Leaders and entrepreneurs with a desire to build a business and achieve their life goals

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
