As a Solution Architect with Application Innovation & AI experience, you can expect to…

  • Design and lead modern enterprise application solutions that combine .NET Blazor engineering, AI innovation capabilities, and business process architecture to solve complex operational challenges for clients.
  • Draw upon your knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Azure App Services, Functions, DevOps pipelines, integration services, data platforms, and Azure AI capabilities to architect scalable application solutions aligned with client strategy and enterprise architecture direction.
  • Develop and cultivate trusted relationships with clients through discovery sessions, whiteboarding workshops, and technical analysis, positioning HSO as a strategic partner in delivering intelligent application platforms.
  • Work with prospects and clients to determine architecture approaches that translate business workflows into scalable custom application and integration solutions across enterprise systems.
  • Provide supporting architecture artifacts such as solution designs, technical validation approaches, and proof-of-concept implementations that demonstrate how modern application platforms and AI-enabled capabilities support client business objectives.
  • Guide organizations in extending their business platforms through AI-enabled application innovation, including Copilot-style experiences, semantic search, and intelligent workflow automation.
  • Define integration strategies across ERP, CRM, case management platforms, internal line-of-business applications, and modern Azure-hosted solutions.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to establish architecture guardrails supporting scalable, maintainable, and secure enterprise application platforms.
  • Apply your understanding of business systems and operational workflows to ensure solutions align with the realities of how organizations execute work across their technology landscape.
  • Support modernization initiatives that transition legacy applications toward cloud-native Azure architectures enhanced with AI capabilities.

  • Using a consultative approach to translate business needs into scalable application architecture solutions
  • Designing enterprise-grade solutions using .NET and Blazor
  • Applying Azure AI services, Copilot capabilities, or intelligent application patterns within real business workflows
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand operational systems and business processes and reflecting them in solution architecture
  • Collaborating with clients, sales teams, and delivery leadership to define solution direction and architectural scope
  • Designing integration strategies across multiple enterprise platforms and business systems
  • Assessing feasibility of modernizing legacy applications into Azure-native architectures
  • Leading architecture conversations with both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Supporting distributed delivery teams through architectural guidance and governance
  • Staying current with emerging trends across Azure application innovation and AI-enabled development capabilities

Sound interesting? If so, you’ll have…

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience architecting enterprise applications using .NET technologies
  • Demonstrated experience designing or delivering solutions using Blazor
  • Experience incorporating AI innovation capabilities into enterprise applications (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilot extensibility, semantic search, intelligent automation)
  • Experience architecting solutions aligned to enterprise business processes and operational systems (not limited to Dynamics 365)
  • Experience designing Azure-hosted application platforms using services such as App Services, Functions, storage, APIs, and DevOps pipelines
  • Experience working in consulting, systems integration, or Microsoft partner environments
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to define architecture strategy
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial consulting environment
  • Ability to travel 30% or client engagements require
