Position Overview:

QinetiQ is looking for a hands-on SaaS IT Administrator to help keep our cloud software running smoothly. This role is all about making life easier for our teams - setting up users, keeping systems secure, and solving problems before they become headaches 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage user accounts and access across cloud apps, including SSO and SAML authentication  
  • Work with vendors and keep software subscriptions and licenses up to date  
  • Make sure our cloud applications meet security and compliance standards  
  • Automate routine IT tasks to save time and reduce manual work  
  • Troubleshoot SaaS-related issues and keep things running smoothly  
  • Document processes and contribute to our internal IT knowledge base  
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to make workflows better and more efficient 
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years experience in SaaS administration or cloud IT support  
  • Experience managing user accounts, access control, and identity management (SSO/SAML)  
  • Solid understanding of cloud software ecosystems and IT security/compliance basics 
  • Proactive problem solver who looks for ways to improve processes  
  • Clear communicator, comfortable working with teams across the organization  
  • Experience documenting processes or creating internal guides  
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience automating IT work-flows with scripts or IT automation platforms 
Pay Transparency:

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. QinetiQ US considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
