Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and offer expert solutions to meet their needs. Your fluency in both English and Spanish will enable you to connect with our diverse customer base and provide personalized support.
Key Responsibilities
• Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience.
- Develop expertise in arenaflex's products and solutions to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support.
Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
