Experienced Customer Service Agent – Performance Analysis and Game Enhancement Technologies

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the initial point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our Product Operation Specialists to ensure that customers receive the best possible service, and you'll have the opportunity to upsell orders and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Initial Responders: + Answer phone calls, chats, emails, and online tickets in a timely and professional manner + Collect customer contact information, hardware/software information, device/software logs, and saved shots

  • Utilize provided platforms, helpdesk articles, and support guides to direct customers to resolution
  • Confirm and explain basic setup is achieved, including hardware and software
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills/understanding to attempt to resolve customer reports
  • Escalate to Product Operation Specialist if unable to resolve

Process Upsell Orders

* Identify opportunities to upsell orders and contribute to the growth of our business

  • Collaborate with Product Operation Specialists to ensure seamless customer service

Required Skills/Knowledge

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to quickly assess client requests and identify solutions
  • Strong customer-focused orientation
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work a task with a team to completion
  • Ability to research and resolve issues, self-starter
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Windows 7/8/10/11 Operating Systems and newer
  • Previous computer or customer support experience
  • Computer Networking Experience a Plus!
  • Golf knowledge is a Plus!
  • College level education in field related to Computers, Networking, or Golf or Similar Work Experience in the Marketplace
  • Working knowledge of Android, iOS, database usage, and audio-visual setup

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology or sports industry

  • Strong knowledge of golf or other sports
  • Experience with helpdesk software and ticketing systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
