Job Summary
As an arenaflex Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in converting warm leads into satisfied customers. You'll work closely with homeowners to understand their needs, showcase our exceptional services, and seal the deal. Key Responsibilities
* Convert warm leads into satisfied customers through exceptional sales and customer service skills
- Showcase arenaflex's top-tier services and highlight the benefits of our solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive team success
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales and customer service skills
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of previous customer service experience (phone or in-person)
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, MS Teams, and CRM databases (ServiceTitan)
- Ability to type quickly to capture phone conversations and data
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous sales experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience working in a call center or sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM databases and sales software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive team culture
