Job Summary

As an arenaflex Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in converting warm leads into satisfied customers. You'll work closely with homeowners to understand their needs, showcase our exceptional services, and seal the deal. Key Responsibilities

* Convert warm leads into satisfied customers through exceptional sales and customer service skills

  • Showcase arenaflex's top-tier services and highlight the benefits of our solutions
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive team success
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales and customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of previous customer service experience (phone or in-person)

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, MS Teams, and CRM databases (ServiceTitan)
  • Ability to type quickly to capture phone conversations and data
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous sales experience in a customer-facing role

  • Experience working in a call center or sales environment
  • Familiarity with CRM databases and sales software
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive team culture
