Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, communicate product information, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for delivering legendary service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment

• Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
• Certification in customer service or a related field
