Job Summary

As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregiving team is equipped with the resources they need to deliver outstanding care to our clients. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of our caregiving services and the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Manage chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregiving team is equipped with the resources they need to deliver outstanding care to our clients

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of chat employment leads, including client information, caregiver availability, and scheduling details
  • Collaborate with our caregiving team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with AidQuest representatives to ensure a smooth flow of chat employment leads
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, caregivers, and AidQuest representatives, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in caregiving and customer service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our caregiving services

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in caregiving, customer service, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a caregiving or customer service role, with a strong understanding of the needs and preferences of seniors and individuals with disabilities

  • Familiarity with AidQuest and their chat employment lead management system
  • Certification in caregiving or a related field, such as CNA or HHA
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and caregivers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
