Job Summary

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, report compilation, filing, copying, faxing, and reconciling. You'll work closely with our teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and you'll be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports. Key Responsibilities

* Enter daily work orders into our systems with accuracy and efficiency

  • Assemble and compile reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Reconcile reports and records, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
  • Perform a range of clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, and data entry
  • Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and support
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment

  • 1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong focus on administrative tasks and record-keeping
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Experience in recycling would be an asset, but is not a requirement

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong focus on communication and collaboration

Physical Demands

* Ability to organize various office systems, including adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management

  • Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule and Commute
