Our Seasonal Customer Service Agents play a vital role in supporting our field offices and customers, and we're seeking talented individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will:

  • Work remotely from your home office, equipped with the necessary computer and equipment to succeed in this role
  • Support our field's peak season, which starts building around February
  • Manage the customer relationship to ensure best-in-class service
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business
  • Use different gamification tools to measure performance

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School/GED
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience within or outside a call center
  • Completion of a Culture Index assessment
  • Verification of internet speed
  • Ability to pass a computer assessment
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen

Work From Home Requirements

To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, you will need:

  • An appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
  • A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
  • Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem
