Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support experiences to our customers through phone and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing basic technical support via phone or chat
• Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
• Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers
• Providing a memorable and delightful experience that leaves a lasting impression

Qualifications

* Flexible to the needs of the business

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 18 years of age

Equipment and Internet Requirements

* You must have the following: + 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch) + Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) + Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up

• A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
• Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
• Desk and an ergonomic chair
