Il/elle assure le traitement administratif jusqu’à la facturation et le recouvrement des dossiers, assure un suivi proactif des dossiers et litiges, communique proactivement vers les patients, clients internes/externes.

2 grands axes : • Traitement administratif des dossiers patients (création, suivi, relance clients internes/externes, facturation, recouvrement, clôture du dossier) avec les contrôles idoines à chaque étape du flux • Interlocuteur privilégié du clients internes/externes dans le suivi, résolution de litiges, fidélisation clients internes/externes.

Activités:

- Traitement des appels et e-mails entrants pour garantir le taux de service défini par le superviseur, ZOLL Medical France ou ZOLL EMEA, - Traitement quotidien des nouveaux dossiers (contrôle des documents, création, communication sortante), - Contrôle la consistance des données dans l’ERP nécessaire au suivi des dossiers patients, - Facturation des dossiers selon les règles internes et conformes aux standards SOX, - Encaissements informatiques, - Communication proactive auprès de nos clients internes/externes d’informations sur l’état d’avancement des taches de back office (avoir, litiges…), - Recouvrement des dossiers (appels, suivi, relance, clôture), - Archivage papier/électronique des documents et dossiers administratifs, - Formation des nouveaux arrivants (SFP, TM, fonctions supports), - Organisation des retours des LifeVest™, - Garant de l’application des règles et processus internes, - Participation aux projets transverses, - ISO – Rédaction et mise à jour des procédures, - ISO – Application des procédures liées à la norme ISO, - ISO – Suivi de la démarche qualité dans l’entreprise, - ISO - Participation à des réunions de travail, - ISO - Suivi et remontée d’information concernant l’application des procédures.
