Role Description The Manager, Recruitment Analytics leads the development and application of predictive models to inform higher education enrollment and institutional financial aid strategy. This role translates complex analytical work into clear, actionable insights that support institutional senior leaders in making data‑driven decisions around recruitment and financial aid optimization. • Help clients achieve organizational effectiveness • Improve student outcomes • Implement new technologies • Align resources and investments for long-term sustainability • Provide technical and project leadership across client engagements and internal product development initiatives • Guide teams and partners from problem definition through implementation Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience building predictive models or machine learning systems in an applied analytics environment • Experience working at or with higher education institutions • Strong proficiency in statistical modeling and modern machine learning methods • Fluency with Python, R, SQL, or comparable tools • Demonstrated project management and delivery ownership • Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences • Willingness to travel up to 25% Requirements • Current U.S. work authorization required Preferred Qualifications • Master’s or PhD in statistics, economics, data science, or a related field • Prior consulting or client-facing analytics experience • Experience analyzing financial aid data and key enrollment management metrics Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • Other wellness programs Salary Information The estimated base salary range for this job is $110,000 - $160,000. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $126,500 - $200,000.
