Job Overview
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. You'll assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, and offer guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
- Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries
- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Offer guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
Required Skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work independently
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate online tools and systems
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
